Collection of Datasheets listed below.

The Cormorant A Booster Pump Replacement Project undertook the replacement of Isolation Valves VB-133, VB-135, HCV3 266 and HCV-3267 and associated Pipework below the Oil Booster Pumps CA-P3 200, CA-P-3210 and CA-P3 220 in Leg C4.

The Dunbar field, situated 22km south of Alwyn North, first produced oil/gas in 1994. Dunbar comprises a steel jacket platform together with drilling and accommodation facilities. Produced oil, gas and water is pumped back to the Alwyn platform via a 22km subsea multiphase pipeline. Throughout recent current drilling campaigns, the Transocean Sedco 706 semi-submersible has been anchored alongside Dunbar to provide Tender support services.

This presentation describes the replacement and bypass of the Cell Import/Export Manifolds and 10” Cell Fill Lines located in the Utility Shaft of the Brent Bravo platform. The construction activity installs a new Import/Export Manifold at EL +87m, above the existing equipment at the Cell Fill Manifold level.

The Starling well fluids are brought onboard Shearwater A Platform through a new Riser. The well fluids are routed through a new ESD Valve and wet gas meter to tie-in points on the existing Production and Test Separator lines. The Starling facilities are contained in two prefabricated modules located above the existing Scoter Module.

The Back Up Intervention Control System (BUICS), is Intended to temporarily replace the main Simian/Sienna and Sapphire Field Control System in the event of a total or partial failure of sub-sea umbilicals. There are two BUICS - one designed for the 830m water depth of the Simian/Sienna Field, and one for the 300m water depth of the Sapphire field. Both of these systems are retained on standby and may be mobilised and deployed individually.

The purpose of inspection of Brent charlie C4 Leg below the Gas Tight Floor was to prove the integrity of the identified lines. General Visual Inspection was also undertaken on the concrete Cell Structure and the Support Steel Structure.

The MOPUP project provides robust and fit for purpose oil export facilities for the Brent field through to Cessation of Production. M1W Workscope replaced 1 x 100% Electrical MOL Pumps (with spare on the beach). The C4 Workscope replaced 2 x 50% Electrical Booster Pumps (with spare on the beach).

The Miskar Gas Field is located in the Gulf of Gabes 122 km off the coast of Tunisia. The field came on stream in 1996. The produced gas and condensate are produced via a 125 km, 24" pipeline to the Hannibal production facility 21 km south of Sfax. In order to maintain production levels, infill wells were planned for the Miskar Field. Two additional wells were drilled approximately 2.8 km South of the Miskar Platform using subsea completions and tied back to the Miskar A platform via subsea flowlines. A further four wells will be drilled from the Miskar A Drilling & Production Platform.

The Maria field is located in UKCS Block 1629a in the Central North Sea approximately 250 km to the east of Aberdeen and 11 km North-West of the Armada platform. Maria is produced by means of a subsea production tie-back to the Armada platform. Two wells were drilled, one in the Maria Terrace prospect and one in the adjacent Maria Horst prospect with adjacent tophole locations.

The Penguin Field is located in Blocks 211/13a and 211/14 of the North Sea, and is tied back to the Brent ‘C’ Platform via a ‘pipe-in-pipe’ Production Pipeline and Control Umbilical. Provision was made in the Penguin design for future Gas Lift to the Penguin Drill Centre. New Topside and Subsea Gas Lift Facilities were provided to supply Lift Gas to the Penguins Field. A 4” diameter Gas Lift Pipeline was laid alongside the 66.7km Production Pipeline and tied back to the Brent C Topsides. Lift Gas is sourced upstream of the BC Export Gas Backpressure Valve.

As part of the Dunlin A- Leg Integrity Management programme, all Recoverable and Attic Oil stored in the platform Storage Cells was exported. The existing Import/Export system were decommissioned and the Import/Export Lines and Storage Cells were sealed.

As part of the Brent Low Pressure Operation Plus (LPOP), the RB211 Turbine driven HP Compressor was replaced. The existing 6 wheel compressor assembly was replaced with an 8 wheel compressor assembly, satisfying conditions of lower suction pressure whilst maintaining discharge pressure.

The Atlantic and Cromarty Field Development drilled one production gas well at Cromarty and two wells at Atlantic. The fields export gas to St Fergus via an 80km pipeline.

The Nelson Oil to Sea Project was part of a major Environmental Project to reduce the volume of Produced Oil discharged to Sea. In compliance with OSPAR regulations, Produced Water will be re-injected into the Wells with the objective of an 18% reduction in Oil to Sea. This objective was achieved with the installation of 2 new Booster Pumps located on a new Platform at ESDV Level. A new De-Sanding Package was located on a new Deck Extension at the NE Face of the Platform.

As part of the Long Term Field Development (LTFD) plan a Fuel Gas Import (FGI) system was installed on Brent Bravo, Charlie and Delta. This system provides sufficient fuel gas to re-start the process following a production shutdown, utilising gas from the gas export pipeline.

The NW Seymour field is located in UKCS Block 22/5b in the Central North Sea approximately 250 km to the east of Aberdeen and 2 km east of the Armada platform. SW Seymour is in production by a development well drilled from the Armada latform. NW Seymour will be tied back to and produced from the Armada Platform.

The Frigg Line exports gas from all connected fields. The TP1 Bypass and MCP01 Bypass operations isolated redundant facilities to allow subsequent decommissioning.
